EUSDR Implementation Report 2020-2021 is out now!
The Report summarises the progress and achievements of EUSDR Priority Areas as well as main activities and added value on the EUSDR level.
It focuses mainly on EUSDR Core Governance Meetings and Documents, EUSDR Embedding, Monitoring & Evaluation, Strategic projects/processes (Flagships), Communication, Capacity Building and Youth involvement.
The Report concludes with current challenges within the Danube Region Strategy and possible routes of action to tackle these challenges.
It was highlighted that in 2021 EUSDR member countries welcomed the Presidency of Ukraine – non-EU country with strong European integration intentions and a desire for joint development and prosperity of the Danube Region.
It is also mentioned that the EUSDR plays an important role in the EU accession process through structural cooperation among EU and non-EU countries, which is of the greatest importance for Ukraine. The EUSDR network will continue to contribute to the help and assistance of Ukraine and its people.
